COD is available only for orders between ₹990 and ₹5,000.

  • Orders typically process within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, a tracking email will be sent within 1-3 business days.
  • You can track your order via our 'My Account’ or login section on the website anytime.

Returns, Replacement & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after order placement, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
  • Damaged or defective items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with pictures and videos for resolution.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled post submission.
  • Orders placed before sales or promotions are not eligible for cancellation or price adjustment.
